I used to eat until I wanted to throw up. My stomach ached, and my mind raced with anger at myself for overeating agin.
Maybe you’ve been there. I struggled with binge eating disorder. I knew that overeating made feel sick, but somehow I couldn’t stop. I was in a vicious cycle of eating, feeling sick, hard-core dieting to close to starvation.
I still didn’t lose the weight that I wanted, and I certainly wasn’t feeling like a high performance athlete.
